WHAT NOW? (End of year questions)

What a crazy time!!

We understand that many schools have cancelled programs for the rest of the year, that band camps and performances, orchestra performances, and trips have been cancelled. It doesn't seem right! But we are still here to help through all of this...

If you need service
We are doing curbside appointments if you need to drop off your instrument for service and/or tuning. Our luthiers and technicians work specific hours, but we will make sure that your instrument gets back into service and back into playing as soon as possible.

If you need accessories, books, instruments
We are doing curbside appointments to allow you to pick up anything you need. Please call to set up an appointment.

If you need lessons
Our studio instructors are doing remote lessons from a variety of platforms. And most are taking new students at this time. Call for more information.

If you need to return a rental instrument
Let's first make sure that this is the right thing to do. Here are a couple considerations:

Depending on your school district, it is possible that the instructor is still expecting assignments to be turned in. You may need to hold on to the instrument until the end of remote learning.

The other consideration is whether or not your student will continue to play. If so, then you may decide to hold on to the instrument through the summer which will allow them to practice, and will maintain the purchase privilege credit you have on the instrument. I have attached links to the terms and conditions for your consideration. Item 2 and the return policy at the bottom are pertinent to your decision.

If you do decide to return it, we can make that happen. We are currently doing curbside service. If you would like to set an appointment, we can do that over the phone.

If you need a hug
We cannot help you at this time, but we are taking rainchecks.

In all seriousness, we hope that you and yours get through these trials safely and healthily. Music is a wonderful salve for the suffering soul. Fill your life with it!
